How does the $60 work: is it on top of the repair?
It isn't. The $60 is a flat fee for us to find out what's really wrong and explain it in plain English, and it comes right off your total if you go ahead with the repair. We won't quote a repair price over the phone, because a guess before we've seen it wouldn't be honest.
Do you keep parts in stock, or will mine wait on shipping?
Common parts are kept on the shelf, which is a big part of why most repairs are done a day or two after you approve the fix. A less-common part can add a day or two, and you'll hear about that before we order anything. Every repair carries a 30-day warranty on parts and labor.
