What to expect
Here's how it goes.
Bring your phone in and we'll check it over for a flat $60 — testing the screen, battery, charging port, and whatever else is acting up — then tell you in plain English exactly what it needs and what it'll cost before any work begins. That $60 isn't extra; it comes right off the total if you go ahead with the repair. Most common fixes like screens and batteries are back in your pocket within a day or two.
Common questions
Common phone repair questions
How much does it cost to fix a cracked screen or replace the battery?
We won't throw out a price over the phone, and that's on purpose — the part and the work depend on your phone's exact make and model, so a guess wouldn't be honest. Instead it's a flat $60 to check it over and tell you precisely what it needs, and that $60 comes right off the total if you go ahead with the repair. You'll always hear the real price and okay it before we start any work.
Will I lose my photos, texts, and contacts when you fix my phone?
For most jobs like a screen or battery replacement, your photos, messages, and contacts stay right where they are — we're working on the hardware, not wiping the phone. We can't promise nothing will ever go sideways, though, so if your stuff matters to you (and it always does), it's smart to back up to iCloud, Google, or a computer before you bring it in. If your phone won't turn on and it's the photos you're worried about, tell us up front so we can talk through your options.
How long will my phone repair take — can I wait while you do it?
Most phone repairs, like screens and batteries, are done within a day or two. Some quicker fixes we can sometimes turn around faster, but we'd rather give you an honest timeline than rush and cut a corner — we'll tell you what's realistic right after the $60 check. If yours is a less common model and a part has to be ordered in, we'll let you know that too so there are no surprises.
Do you work on all phone brands, and do you use good parts?
We repair iPhones, Samsungs, and most other brands — Google, Motorola, LG and more — so it's always worth asking, even if yours is less common. We use quality replacement parts and we'll tell you exactly what's going into your phone, no mystery components, and we'll go over the warranty on your specific repair when we give you the price. The one honest exception is water-damage work, which is always a best effort and carries no warranty.
My phone got wet or won't turn on at all — is it worth bringing in?
Yes — bring it in and we'll find out, since water trouble and dead phones are things we see all the time. We'll do our honest best to clean it up and get it going, but we'll be straight with you: liquid-damage recoveries are a best effort with no warranty, because there's no telling what the water already harmed. And if the real problem turns out to be down at the circuit-board level, we can pinpoint exactly which part failed and lay out your options — we just don't do that microsoldering repair in-house yet, and we'll tell you the moment we know.
Whatever broke, we’ve probably seen it. Let’s take a look.
We don’t price repairs over the phone — we look first, so the number’s real. The $60 to look comes right off your repair, and walk-ins are always welcome. Look for the blue door with the stairs on the left side of the parking lot — knock if it’s locked, we’re here.
