If we have your part on hand the repair moves fast, often the same day. If it's a less common model, we order the exact part for it and tell you the timeframe up front. We text you the moment it's ready, and you can track it online any time.

It depends on your exact model and the part it takes, so we won't guess at a price over the phone, because a guess before we've seen it wouldn't be honest. How long does a phone repair take?
If we have the part on the shelf, most screen and battery swaps are done the same day or the next. If we need to order the exact part for your model it takes a few days, and we tell you that before you commit. Either way you get a text the moment it's done.
Which phones do you fix?
iPhone and Samsung Galaxy are the ones we see most, and their parts are the easiest to get. We also work on Google Pixel, Motorola, OnePlus, and most other Android phones. With some bargain or off-brand phones, a part can cost more than the phone is worth, and if that's the case we'll say so instead of having you spend money that doesn't make sense.
Do you use good parts, and is there a warranty?
We use quality replacement parts and order the exact part for your specific model, no mystery components. Repairs are backed by a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. The one honest exception is water damage, which is always a best effort and carries no warranty, because there's no telling what the water already harmed.
Is my data safe during a phone repair?
A screen or battery swap doesn't touch your data. Your photos, texts, and contacts stay right where they are, and we don't go poking through your phone. We still recommend backing up to iCloud or Google first, just as a good habit, because no shop can promise nothing ever goes sideways. If your phone won't turn on and it's the photos you're worried about, tell us up front so we can make saving them the first job.
My phone won't turn on at all. Can you fix it?
Often, yes. A phone that won't power on is frequently a battery, a charge port, or a screen that died while the phone underneath is fine. We'll find out which for the $60 diagnostic. If it turns out to be a fault on the board itself, we'll pinpoint it and lay out your honest options, which sometimes means a repair we can do and sometimes means getting your photos off and moving on.
Do you buy or sell used phones?
Both. If your phone isn't worth repairing, or you've just upgraded, we'll make you an offer on it at the counter. And we keep a small shelf of used phones we've tested and cleaned up, so if yours is a goner you can walk out with a working one. Ask when you come in, or text us what you have.
Do I need an appointment to drop off my phone?
