Going to price-check it? Good, here’s what that price doesn’t include:
- A real person five minutes away when something acts up, walk in, no ticket queue, no hold music.
- Your files, bookmarks, and settings moved over before you leave with it.
- A warranty you use by walking back in: not by shipping a box and waiting.
- It was refurbished by the same techs who’ll be fixing it years from now.
- A trade-back promise: bring it back within 12 months and it’s worth 40% of what you paid, as credit toward your next machine from us.

Our flat prices are posted on the pricing page. The one thing we never guess at is the repair itself: we look first ($60, credited to your repair), then you get a real number before any work starts. Walk in, book a time, or text us a photo of what’s wrong. Look for the black door with our logo on it, straight ahead when you pull in, up the steps; knock if it’s locked, we’re here.
