Small offices · South Bend & Michiana · no contract
IT on call: a local tech when you need one, no contract.
You do not need an IT department. You need someone who picks up when the front-desk computer dies at 9:05, fixes it at a price you already knew, and leaves you alone the rest of the month. That is what we do for small offices across South Bend and Michiana, from the shop on Arnold St.

IT on call questions
What does the $149 on-site visit include?
The visit itself, start to finish, with no clock running: we come to your office and work the problem on your own setup. Parts are quoted before you approve them, and anything that is really a project, like wiring or a new server, gets its own written quote first. From two days out the visit is the plain flat rate; a next-day or weekend slot adds $49.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. Pay per visit or per remote session and never hear from us otherwise. The $19.99 per computer membership is month to month with no contract, and so is Managed IT. We would rather earn the next call than lock it in.
Can you fix it today?
Often, yes. Most office problems are software, and a remote session ($120, $90 for members) takes the next open slot; the priority option puts you at the front of today's queue for $49 more. On-site, a next-day slot is the flat rate plus $49. Call us and we will tell you honestly which it is.
What do we actually get for $19.99 a computer?
Each covered computer gets managed antivirus, daily monitoring, automatic updates and a monthly health report, and when the checks spot trouble, like a drive starting to fail, we call you before it turns into a repair. You get priority scheduling, remote help at the $90 member rate, and free diagnostics on every repair. Phone lines on our business phone service are $19.99 for members too.
When does Managed IT make more sense than paying per visit?
When calling IT has started to feel like a purchase decision. Managed IT is $49 per computer ($199 minimum) and includes unlimited remote support, cloud backup on every machine, quarterly on-site checkups and your network looked after, so nobody hesitates to call. It starts with a free on-site assessment and a one-page plan with the exact monthly number.
What if it turns out to be a hardware problem?
Then we say so. Remote help cannot fix a cracked screen or a failing drive, and you will not pay for a remote fix that could not happen. We diagnose it on-site or you bring it to the shop on Arnold St, and repairs are backed by a 30-day warranty on parts and labor.
Need a tech this week? Book the visit, or just call.
Our flat prices are posted on the pricing page. The one thing we never guess at is the repair itself: we look first ($60, credited to your repair), then you get a real number before any work starts. Walk in, book a time, or text us a photo of what’s wrong. Look for the black door with our logo on it, straight ahead when you pull in, up the steps; knock if it’s locked, we’re here.
