How far will you come out?
Our daytime service calls cover the whole South Bend / Michiana area - South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, Osceola, Elkhart, Niles, and everywhere in between, roughly anything within about 45 minutes of the shop. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just call - if we can't come to you, we'll say so and figure out the next best option.
What does an on-site visit cost?
It's a flat visit rate, and you see the exact number in the booking flow before you book - no meter running, no surprises. Priority and rush options are right there too when it can't wait, and weekends book at the rush rate. If the fix needs parts or bench work beyond the visit, you get that price before we do anything.
Can you fix it right there, or will you have to take it?
Most everyday problems - slow computers, viruses, Wi-Fi, email, new-device setup - get fixed on the spot, and most visits run about an hour. If it needs parts or bench tools, we diagnose it at your place, quote the repair up front, and take it back to the shop; you can also just ask us to pick up, fix, and return a machine without a full on-site visit.
Do you do on-site work for businesses?
All the time - it's the same on-site work local institutions like Notre Dame and Bethel University have trusted us with. Offices usually pair it with the Business Membership, which adds priority scheduling and member rates on visits, plus managed antivirus and monitoring on every machine. Can I get a weekend visit?
Yes - weekend slots are bookable online and they run at the rush rate, no exceptions, which keeps them available for the folks who genuinely need them. Weekdays book at the standard flat rate.
