Parts questions
Is this list live?
Yes. It comes straight from the shop inventory and updates within a few minutes of a sale, so what you see is what is on the shelf right now. Quantities show as 1, 2+ or 5+ rather than exact counts.
Can I just buy a part, or do you have to install it?
Either. Walk in and buy it over the counter, or leave the machine and we install it. Installation is quoted at the counter; on a repair that already has the $60 diagnostic, that diagnostic is credited toward the work.
Why does a part in stock matter?
It is the difference between fixed today and fixed when the box arrives. A failing drive, a dead power supply or a bad stick of memory is usually a same-day repair when the replacement is already here.
What if the part I need is not on the list?
Text us the model and what you need. We order daily and most parts land within a few days; you will have the price before anything is ordered.
Do you sell to other shops and techs?
Yes, at the same posted prices. Call ahead so we can set it aside.
