Computer repair for schools, churches and nonprofits.
A cart of Chromebooks with cracked screens, the office desktop that will not boot, a stack of Windows 10 laptops nobody has made a decision on. Bring them to the shop in South Bend, or we pick them up, and every machine gets a flat diagnostic, an honest fix-or-replace answer, and a price you approve before any work starts.

Bring one, or bring the cart
Chromebooks, laptops and desktops of every brand land on the same bench. Each machine gets its own diagnostic and its own answer, and a batch gets one written quote.
Honest fix-or-replace calls
When a repair costs more than the machine is worth, we say so. That is where a tight budget actually saves money, and we never quote a repair we have not looked at.
We pick up and bring back
Pickup and return from $39 plus the diagnostic. Book it online and we text you a time, so nobody has to leave the building.
Refurbished replacements on the shelf
Tested, warrantied business-class laptops and desktops, fresh Windows, files moved over. A replacement that costs less than new and is supported five minutes away.
Retired machines, handled
We buy working business-class machines for cash or store credit, and anything we take in is securely wiped before it goes anywhere.
What we fix for schools and nonprofits
- Chromebooks, laptops and desktops of every brand
- Cracked screens, broken keyboards and charge ports
- Slow machines that need an SSD or more memory
- Windows 10 machines that need the Windows 11 call
- Viruses, pop-ups and clean reinstalls
- Printers and Wi-Fi in the office or classroom, on-site
Still on Windows 10? Microsoft has ended support, and not every machine can make the jump. Our guide on what to do about Windows 10 lays out the options, and the Windows 11 upgrade page covers the honest can-it-upgrade check.

School and nonprofit questions
Do you offer a discount for schools or nonprofits?
We do not have a separate nonprofit rate; our prices are flat and published, and the $60 diagnostic credits to each repair. Where you actually save is the honest call: when a machine is not worth fixing we tell you, and when a batch of repairs or replacements makes sense we write up one quote before anything starts.
Can you handle a whole cart of Chromebooks or laptops at once?
Yes, bring one or a cart, or book a pickup and we collect them. Each machine gets its own $60 diagnostic and a plain-English answer: fix it, and for what, or retire it. You approve each repair before it happens, and a batch gets a single written quote.
How long does it take?
You get your answer within within 5 business days, usually sooner, and most repairs are finished a day or two after you approve the fix. If a part has to be ordered for a specific model, you hear that up front with the timeframe. Priority ($109) puts a machine at the front of the queue.
Do you come to us?
Two ways. Pickup and return starts at $39 plus the diagnostic: we collect the machines and bring them back fixed. For the things that only get fixed on-site, like a printer, classroom Wi-Fi, or a network closet, a visit is a flat $149. Or just drop off at the shop, Mon-Thu 9:00-5:30, no appointment needed.
What happens to the data on retired machines?
If you are retiring a batch, we buy working business-class laptops and desktops for cash or store credit toward replacements, and anything we take in is securely wiped before it goes anywhere. Need drives wiped on machines you are keeping or recycling yourself? Ask when you call and we will tell you straight what we can do.
Do you sell computers we could replace ours with?
Yes. We keep tested, warrantied refurbished business-class laptops and desktops on the shelf, cleaned up with a fresh copy of Windows, and we move the files over. The warranty is honored in person at the counter, not by shipping a box.
Got a cart of machines waiting on a decision? Bring them in.
Our flat prices are posted on the pricing page. The one thing we never guess at is the repair itself: we look first ($60, credited to your repair), then you get a real number before any work starts. Walk in, book a time, or text us a photo of what’s wrong. Look for the black door with our logo on it, straight ahead when you pull in, up the steps; knock if it’s locked, we’re here.
