Who works on your computer
Bryton Miller, owner.
Bryton owns the shop and works the bench. When your computer comes in, it gets looked at by the person whose name is on the place — not handed down a chain.
That’s where the shop’s habits come from. A flat $60 to find out what’s actually wrong, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. No price quoted over the phone before anyone has seen the machine. And a straight answer when the honest one is “this isn’t worth fixing.” Everything in plain English, for as long as that takes.
