Bambu Lab repair — X1, P1, A1 & AMS
Bambu printers are fast and mostly brilliant — until an AMS jams mid-spool, the hotend clogs, or an HMS error code stops a print farm cold. Sending it back to Bambu means shipping, waiting, and weeks without your machine. We work on them right here.
Bring in the printer (and the AMS if it’s involved) and we’ll diagnose exactly what it needs for a flat $60, credited to the repair. We order genuine parts for your exact model, same as we do with every device we fix.
Bambu problems we fix
- AMS feed jams, grinding, and “pull back filament” errors
- Clogged or partially clogged hotends and nozzles
- HMS error codes that won’t clear
- First-layer and bed-adhesion trouble
- Broken or worn extruder assemblies
- Firmware updates and recovery
X1 Carbon, P1S, P1P, A1, A1 Mini — and if it turns out to be a two-minute fix, we’ll tell you that instead of inventing a repair.

What to expect
Here's how it goes.
Bring in the printer — and the AMS, if filament feeding is part of the trouble — and we'll run it, read the error history, and find the real cause for the flat $60, credited to the repair. Bambu parts are ordered genuine for your exact model, and if we have what it needs on hand the turnaround is quick. You'll get a firm price before any work starts, and a text the moment it's printing again.
Common questions
Common bambu lab repair questions
Why not just ship it back to Bambu Lab?
You can, and for a warranty defect that's sometimes the right call — we'll tell you if it is. But shipping a printer means boxing it, paying freight or waiting on parts to self-install, and losing the machine for weeks. For clogs, jams, worn parts, and most error codes, a local bench fix is faster and you can talk to the person doing it. Bring it in and the $60 look tells you which path makes sense.
My AMS keeps jamming or grinding filament — fixable?
Usually, yes. AMS trouble tends to come down to worn feed components, debris in the filament path, a chewed-up spool edge, or a hub problem — all findable on the bench. Bring the AMS with the printer so we can test them together as a system, since a 'printer' error often starts in the feeder and vice versa.
Do you work on both the enclosed and open-frame Bambu models?
Yes — X1 Carbon, P1S, P1P, A1, and A1 Mini all come through here. They share a lot of engineering, but parts differ by model and revision, so we confirm the exact part your machine needs before ordering, and you approve the price before we do a thing.
Whatever broke, we’ve probably seen it. Let’s take a look.
We don’t price repairs over the phone — we look first, so the number’s real. The $60 to look comes right off your repair, and walk-ins are always welcome. Look for the blue door with the stairs on the left side of the parking lot — knock if it’s locked, we’re here.
